I've riveted one of my handmade Italian glass beads between copper bead caps and bail.  The amulet is strung on 1.5mm premium leather cording with a pair of cord slide clasps for easy adjusting...just slip it over your head, adjust the slides to the legnth you want! 
 
Thanks to Janice Berkebile for sharing her skills.  Janice gave me the basics on the amulet bail and from there I added my own flair!

The design is this piece has been etched into the copper and then I hand-stamped Namaste along one of the spiral edges.  The center of the design represents a meandering spiral and means "spirit".  Each swirled "v" represents the gesture made in acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul of another. The necklace is accent with the colors of the chakra.  The pendant is strung from antiqued copper cable chain with a lobster-style clasp.  18" length. 100% Original tSk design.  Pendant size: At the largest points wide and tall it's only 1-5/8".
 
 Namaste literally means "I bow to you."  The gesture is made by placing our hands together at the heart chakra, closing the eyes, and bowing the head.  This is an especially deep form of respect. For more information on Namaste, check out my FAQ's page!

Note:  A few years back when Rex and I were vacationing in southern Utah we stopped an a Trading Post to shop.  The Post sold jewelry made by the Indians from the area.  One necklace caught my eye and it was a strand just like the above, but just turquoise.  It was stunning.  So was the price-$1500!  I knew that I could search and find the turquoise to make my own.  I found a beautiful strand a while back and now its available for a fraction of the price!
